Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about how your order reaches you — and what to do if it doesn't go as planned.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered accurately and in full so that your order reaches the right person. If you need to update your address before dispatch, please contact our customer services team.


Delivery

Every order is carefully prepared in its original packaging and delivered securely to your address. Our customer services team will be in direct contact with you throughout the delivery process.

Preparation Time Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be prepared within 1–7 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within the same city: 1–3 business days
  • Between cities: 3–7 business days

During public holidays and peak periods, delivery times may be extended.

International Delivery We ship internationally. Any customs duties and legal obligations arising in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by country.

Undelivered Orders If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your order will be held at the local depot for a set period before being returned to us. The cost of redelivery is borne by the recipient.


Delivery Issues

If you notice any damage to the packaging upon receipt, please notify our customer services team before accepting the order. In the event of a missing, incorrect, or damaged delivery, simply contact our team as soon as possible — we will handle the process on your behalf.


Right of Withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Conditions for Withdrawal

  • The item must be in its original packaging, complete and undamaged.
  • The invoice, warranty certificate, authenticity documents, and all accessories must be returned in full.
  • To initiate a return, simply notify our customer services team by email or phone.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

  • Items that have been resized or personalised are not eligible for return.
  • Fragrances and similar hygiene-sensitive products where the packaging has been opened cannot be returned.

Return Process

Following your withdrawal request, the item must reach us within 10 days. Once the item has been inspected, the return process will be initiated.

Refund Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of return approval.

  • For credit card payments, the refund will be credited to your card — this may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank's procedures.
  • For bank transfer payments, the refund will be sent to the bank account you provide.

Return Shipping Costs For returns made under the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are borne by the recipient. Where a return is the result of an error or defect on our part, all shipping costs are covered by us.
