Seamaster Diver 300M

An icon among Omega’s professional diving watches since 1993, the Seamaster Diver 300M draws its roots from the Seamaster family, which has upheld its bond with the sea since 1948. This version reinterprets the icon through a different language of materials. Light and durable titanium meets Bronze Gold, an alloy exclusive to Omega. Bronze Gold is a 9K alloy containing 37.5% gold that unites the warm tone of bronze with the nobility of gold. The result is a watch that carries the spirit of vintage dive watches, yet is crafted to the highest standards of contemporary watchmaking.

Measuring 42 mm in diameter and 13.80 mm in thickness, the grade 2 titanium case is barely felt on the wrist, with a total weight of only around 109 grams. Its screw-in, self-locking crown ensures water resistance to 300 metres. The green anodised aluminium ring of the unidirectional rotating bezel bears a diving scale filled with vintage Super-LumiNova. Beneath a domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment on the inside lies the sandblasted green aluminium dial. The Omega logo and markings on the dial are rendered in light brown and red. PVD 18K Bronze Gold hands and blackened indexes filled with vintage Super-LumiNova lend the dial a warm and nostalgic appearance.

Through the wave-edged sapphire caseback, Omega’s automatic calibre 8806 is on display, featuring a Co-Axial escapement and a silicon balance spring. With a rhodium-plated rotor and bridges decorated with Geneva waves, this no-date movement is certified as a Master Chronometer by METAS, the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology. The calibre offers a 55-hour power reserve and magnetic resistance up to 15,000 gauss. The brushed titanium mesh bracelet and titanium foldover clasp complement the watch’s lightness, making it a comfortable companion in every setting, from the dive boat to city life.
